Please read these terms carefully before you start using our platform — they define the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.

General Terms
bgd5 (referred to hereinafter as "Platform", "we", or "bgd5") is an online gaming and entertainment service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bgd5 and its users ("you", "user", or "member").
These Terms apply to all services provided through the website, mobile site, and any digital channel of bgd5. Alongside these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines also govern your use of the platform and are considered part of these Terms.
1.1 Definitions
- "Service" — All gaming, betting, and related entertainment services provided through the bgd5 platform.
- "Account" — A personal user profile created through registration.
- "Wallet" — The financial balance linked to your account.
- "Bonus Funds" — Non-cash credits granted under promotional offers.

Account Registration & Management
To use bgd5's services, you must create a valid personal account. Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
2.1 Registration Requirements
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify bgd5 support immediately.
- Accounts may not be transferred or sold to a third party.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
bgd5 reserves the right to verify a user's identity to ensure safe and legitimate service. You may be asked to submit identification (National ID or Passport) for withdrawals or transactions above a certain amount. bgd5 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.
Please note: The identity verification process is conducted to protect your account and funds. It is carried out securely through SSL encryption.
Age Limit & Eligibility Requirements
21+ Age Requirement: bgd5's services are for individuals aged 21 and above only. Registration or gaming by minors is strictly prohibited.
The following conditions must be met to be eligible to use the service:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must act on your own behalf — operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
- You must not be legally prohibited from using bgd5's services.
- You have not voluntarily placed yourself on a self-exclusion list.
- You are not an employee or member of the board of directors of bgd5.
bgd5 may request age or identity verification at any time. If you register using false information, your account will be closed immediately and any bonuses earned may be forfeited.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
bgd5 offers promotional offers to its members from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the page for that specific promotion. The general bonus terms are described below.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New accounts at bgd5 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
- Deposit ৳22,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳37,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds and real money are managed separately.
- Winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
- More than one bonus offer cannot be claimed at the same time, unless otherwise stated in a specific offer.
- bgd5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.
- VIP program cashback (Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly, Silver: 0.8%, Gold: 1.2%) is provided under separate terms.
Please note: bgd5's bonus offers are for entertainment purposes. Bonuses are meant to enhance your gaming experience only — they should not be considered a guaranteed source of income.
Deposits & Withdrawals
bgd5 processes transactions through popular mobile banking and financial services available in Bangladesh. We only accept payment methods that are valid and operated in your own name.

5.2 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each payment method).
- Deposits may only be made from a payment account operated in your own name.
- Using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.
- bgd5 reserves the right to verify the validity of transactions.
5.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- If a withdrawal is requested while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress, the bonus funds may be forfeited.
- bgd5 may conduct additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.
Important Notice: bgd5 strictly prohibits any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity. bgd5 has a legal obligation to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
Gaming Rules
The bgd5 platform offers various gaming options — slots, live casino, table games, sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and more), and card games (including Tongits Go). The specific rules for each game are described on that game's page.
6.1 General Gaming Terms
- Sufficient balance must be available in the account before placing real money bets in any game.
- In the event of a game session interrupted by a technical error, bgd5's system records shall be considered final.
- The Random Number Generator (RNG) operated through the gaming provider's software is reliable and impartial.
- In the event of any dispute over a result, game logs and server records will be treated as the final evidence.
6.2 Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Odds and market information are subject to change. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded or resettled in accordance with the applicable rules.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bgd5 platform:
7.1 Account-Related Prohibitions
- Registering an account using false information or another person's identity.
- One person or family operating more than one account.
- Selling, transferring, or renting an account to another person.
- Concealing age to operate an account on behalf of a minor.
7.2 Financial Fraud
- Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus abuse schemes.
- Chargebacks or payment fraud.
- Money laundering or entry of illegal funds.
- Using a third-party payment account.
7.3 Gaming Fraud
- Software hacking, using bots, or running automated scripts.
- Participating in the same table or event with multiple accounts.

- Colluding with other users.
Warning: Engaging in prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure, possible forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.

- Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or carelessness.
- The need to suspend services to meet legal obligations.
Service guarantee: bgd5 always provides services on a "best effort" basis. It is not possible to guarantee specific earnings or outcomes for any gaming service.
Account Suspension and Closure
bgd5 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under certain circumstances.
11.1 Reasons for Suspension
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Incomplete identity verification or provision of false information.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Legal or regulatory directives.
- Self-exclusion at your own request.
11.2 Balance Refund
In the event of permanent account closure, the real money portion of the balance will be refunded provided there has been no breach of terms and conditions and all applicable verification has been completed. Bonus funds will not be refunded.
